This student needed primary sources from PsycInfo, PsycArticles, SOCIndex with full text, or Physical Education Index regarding the graduation rates for both Division I and III schools. Because she required empirical data, I searched first in the psychology and sociology databases first. However, before I had completed two searches, the student left to ask other librarians for assistance and was very uncooperative and unclear about what she wanted when she returned to the reference desk. As a result, I was unable to locate any helpful information for her.
